Rushes from the interview list will be offered a bid and invited to bid night (that night); if they accept, they will become official Gamma Iota Sigma new members.
During new member process, new members will be asked to engage in activities that are productive for both the organization and themselves, such as networking with peers.
After the process is completed, new members will be formally initiated to becoming active members of Gamma Iota Sigma, Gamma Zeta Chapter.
